What makes a translation certified?
A translator certifies that the English translation is complete and accurate, and that they are competent to translate from the original language. Your package includes that signed certification alongside the bilingual exhibit.
Can you translate Arabic, Hebrew, or mixed-language chats?

How quickly will I receive my documents?

Your files are uploaded for processing and human translation review. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted three days after processing by default. You can choose a longer retention window. Your messages are not used to train models.
