Pricing
Two plans.
Both certified.
$499 for one record, $799 for five — and everything in between is a record count, not a grade. Certified translation, the certificate, third-party verification, human review and notarisation are in both. Paid once, no subscription. Law firms are set up individually.

Pay in full or in instalments at checkout
More than five records, or something unusual? Volume, an uncommon format, or a deadline that needs planning around is quoted individually and comes out below the plan price. Tell us the apps, roughly how long the conversations run and the date you are working to, and you get the number in the first reply.
Request on-demand processingRefunded until we start
Until a person starts work on your record you can have your money back in full, for any reason or none. After that it has been produced and cannot be returned — but anything wrong with it we correct at no charge, with no deadline. Refund policy · Payments and billing.
What paying gets you
Three documents, numbered and ready.
Everything arrives paginated and cross-referenced, so anyone reading it can find a figure and check it without asking you for the working.
Side by side
What differs, and what does not.
Most of it is the same in both, which is the point. The rows worth reading are the first three.

In both plans
The same list, twice.
There is no cheaper version that leaves the certificate off. A record without one does not do the job somebody came here to do — they would pay twice, or file something that comes back. So the only question is how many records.
Certified translation and certificate
The Certificate of Translation Accuracy that 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) asks for, signed by the person who reviewed the work.
Third-party verification document
A separate certificate from a verifier who is neither the translator nor us.
Reviewed by a person
A human reads the translation against the original before anything is signed. No stage both decides and certifies.
Notarisation
Identity checked and signature witnessed. USCIS does not require it; consulates and courts often ask.
Bilingual exhibit, no page limit
Every message, original beside English, however long the conversation ran. Summaries are not permitted and we do not produce them.
Call log, transcript, timeline and search
Every call listed and dated, the whole conversation searchable, and figures with their working attached.
Numbered exhibits and generated screenshots
A cover page, numbered exhibits and screenshots for any date range, in the order a reader takes them.
A record is not a conversation. It is one person’s messages with another, however many apps they crossed — WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram and screenshots from anything else — merged onto one timeline as a single record. Charging per app would penalise exactly the couples with the most to show.
Add to either plan
Three things you can add, and nothing you have to.
Everything needed to file is already in the price. These are for the cases that are bigger, more urgent, or worth a second pair of eyes.
Another record
+$75One more record on either plan, at the same price wherever you are. Past three or four, Matter is cheaper than adding them one at a time.
Priority processing
+$75Moves the job to the front of the queue and brings it back inside 24 hours. Already in the price on Matter — this is for One case.
A second independent reviewer
+$75The third-party certificate already means somebody outside this office read it. This adds another reader on top — worth it on a very large record, where one pair of eyes over thousands of messages is the thing most likely to miss something.
Plus tax where it applies. Each is paid once. There is no subscription. Flexible payment options are available at checkout, including paying in instalments.
For law firms
From $499 a case to $261.
Every price below is the price of one case, because that is the unit a practice actually thinks in. It falls with volume and falls furthest on a twelve-month term.
No commitment
A single case
The same price anyone pays. Try us on one matter before you commit to anything — we would rather you did.
Bought together
Two to five cases
Bundle the matters you already have. Nothing recurring, nothing to sign.
Bought together
Ten cases
Ten matters, five records each. Still a one-off purchase, drawn down as you need them.
Monthly
Fifteen a month
$5,985 a month for 15 cases
For a practice running a steady caseload. Twenty-four hour delivery on everything, every month.
Monthly
Twenty a month
$6,980 a month for 20 cases
The volume most immigration practices settle at once they start offering this to every client.
Twelve-month term
Twenty a month, annual
$6,000 a month for 20 cases
The lowest per-case price we do, and it comes with three complimentary cases every month.
The twelve-month term
$6,000 a month covers 23 cases — $11,477 of processing at list.
20 cases at $300, plus 3 complimentary every month. That is $261 a case, 48% below the single-case price, and $72,000 across the year.
Firms commonly bill somewhere between $6,000 and $10,000 for a family-based petition. Check ours against your own rate card rather than that range.
Refer another firm
If a firm you introduce takes a plan, you get a discount set against what they took — the bigger their plan, the bigger yours.
Three complimentary cases a month
On a twelve-month term. Three more matters processed every month at no charge, which is what takes the effective price under half of list.
Your name on the pages
Exhibits carry your firm's name, not ours. Retention set to your policy, and a signed data processing agreement.
A named contact
Not a form. Somebody who knows your matters and answers.
These are starting points, not a rate card. Tell us how many matters a year you handle and the languages you see most, and we will price it around your practice — usually better than the numbers above.
