Narrow it
Get exactly what you need, not everything.
Nobody wants to hand in fifteen thousand rows. Filter down to the calls that matter — one year, connected calls only, anything over five minutes — and take out just those.
The filters travel with the document
Whatever you filtered to is printed on the cover of the export, in words. A reader can see that they are looking at connected calls in 2021 rather than the whole record — so a narrowed document never reads as a complete one.

Pages to hand in
A PDF with a cover page, the totals, the filters you applied and a note on where the figures came from. Print it or attach it.

A CSV of every row, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Sort it, count it, or give it to someone who will.
A data file
The same record as JSON for anyone who wants to work with it directly, and an indexed database file for very large conversations.

The bundle is a self-contained set of files you download. Send it to your lawyer however you already send them things — their secure portal, an encrypted email, or a drive you hand across a desk.
We are deliberately not a step in that chain. There is no “share” button here that puts your conversation on our servers first, which means there is no copy of your relationship sitting with a third party waiting for somebody to ask for it.

Emailing a bundle of privileged material around is the weakest point in an otherwise careful process. So secure delivery is being built to work the way the rest of this product does: the package is sealed on your computer before it moves, and the key that opens it travels separately.

A chat export cannot see everything, and some apps barely export at all. These fill in what it misses — screenshots included.
Find by meaning, not just wording
Search for “when we talked about moving in together” and get the messages about it, even where none of them use those words.
Draft translations, ready for a translator
If your conversation is not in English, drafts are produced beside the original for a certified translator to check and sign off. We draft; a human certifies.
Read call history off screenshots
The chat export cannot see your phone's own call list. Photograph that screen and the calls in it are read and folded into the record — which is often how the pre-2023 gap gets filled.
Check anything
Every row remembers where it came from.
The Provenance view exists so that any figure in the package can be traced back into your own file. That is the difference between a document and a claim — and it is what makes the rest of it defensible.
- Every call points to its place in your chat.
- Every export states the filters that produced it.
- Every total says whether it is exact or a floor.
- Anything that could not be read is reported, never dropped.
Translation and certification
Not in English? We handle the whole chain.
Translated, certified by our own team, independently verified and notarised — so what you file is ready as it arrives, rather than the start of another errand.
Our models draft it and check their own work
Every message is translated and then quality-checked by a second model against the original, with a confidence recorded line by line. Anything it is unsure of is flagged rather than buried — which is what makes the human review fast enough to be worth paying for. This is a draft; it is not the certification.
Any language, however it is written
Including languages written in Latin letters — romanised Urdu, Arabic, Hindi — which ordinary translation tools handle badly because they expect the native script. The original stays beside the English so anyone can check a line.
Our team certifies it
A person reviews the translation against the original and signs a Certificate of Translation Accuracy — competence and completeness, with the page count, message count and date range filled in.
A third party verifies it
An independent verification document, so the certification does not rest on your own vendor's word alone. Ready to attach as it comes.
We notarise it
Identity checked and signature witnessed by a commissioned notary. A notary confirms who signed, not whether a translation is correct — but reviewers like seeing it, and it costs little.
A certified translation must be complete and accurate, and the person who signs must be competent to translate — that is what 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) asks for, and what our certificate states. Nothing is summarised, and every line points back to the page it came from.
