Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Default deletion is three days after processing; you can choose longer.

A big difference.
A clean-looking printout can still tell the wrong story. These checks help keep the record faithful to the file you supplied.
Translation receives a separate human review before the certificate is signed.
Gaps in call history
Older WhatsApp exports may omit answered calls. We explain the coverage boundary, so a missing entry is not mistaken for a call that never happened.
Photos with captions
Media references are identified whether a photo was sent with a caption or on its own, so files do not silently become ordinary messages.
Rounded call durations
A displayed seven-minute call may have lasted longer. Totals are stated as lower bounds rather than claiming more precision than the source provides.
Messages out of order
Messages are ordered by their recorded timestamps before figures are calculated. The original stays available for comparison.

Understanding the limits is part of understanding your evidence.

A record shows what the supplied messages contain. It does not prove a relationship is genuine.

Missing or deleted material cannot be recovered from an export that does not contain it.

Faithful processing does not establish that the source conversation itself is authentic.

An attorney can advise whether the evidence is sufficient. Certification does not guarantee an immigration outcome.
