GOOD FAITH, ON THE RECORD.

For law firms

Your client's messages, filing-ready by tonight.

Translated, certified and built into numbered exhibits — every figure traceable to the line it came from. For practices that work from messages: immigration, family, employment, civil disputes.

Why firms use it

Four things that matter in practice.

Not features — the reasons a matter goes out the door faster and comes back challenged less often.

Two days of paralegal time, in about nine seconds

Reading, sorting and tabulating a five-year conversation by hand is a week nobody has. This does the mechanical part immediately and leaves the judgement to you.

Every figure traceable

Each line in the output points back to its place in the client's own file. When a figure is challenged you can produce its source, rather than re-deriving it under pressure.

Conservative by construction

Durations are stated as floors, gaps are named, and anything that cannot be accounted for is reported rather than dropped. Nothing in the record overstates on your client's behalf.

A short, stated retention window

The conversation is uploaded and processed by us, then deleted — three days by default, or up to a year on a firm account if the matter needs it. We are a vendor and you should treat us as one; what we offer against that is a window you control and a written record of every access.

What lands on the file

A package, numbered and ready.

Everything arrives paginated and internally referenced, so an officer or an opponent can find any figure and check it without asking you for the working.

Call log

Every call event, dated, with outcome and duration as a floor.

Signed statement

A statement prepared for signature, with the method described in plain terms.

Coverage page

A written account of what the record does not and cannot show.

How it fits your workflow

Fits the way your practice works.

Works from a WhatsApp, Snapchat or Instagram export, or from screenshots the client takes on any app. You can run it yourself, or send the client instructions and never touch the raw conversation at all.

01

The client exports their own chat

They upload it themselves, so you need not hold the raw conversation if you would rather not. The export takes them under a minute and we give them written instructions you can forward.

02

The record is produced

The upload is encrypted, the record is built on our servers in the United States, and the conversation is deleted at the end of the window you set. A five-year conversation takes minutes.

03

You get a package that stands up

Cover page, a listed call log, the transcript, a statement ready for signature, and a page stating plainly what the record cannot show.

What you can put in front of an officer

Figures with their working attached.

Relationship continuity, contact frequency and reply latency — each one derived from the client's own file and traceable back into it.

The rule, not the sales copy

What USCIS actually requires of a translation.

Most published guidance on this is a vendor describing its own product. The regulation is one sentence long, and three of the things commonly said about it are not in it.

A model drafts the translation; a person reads it against the source and signs the Certificate of Translation Accuracy in their own name. Independent third-party verification is a second, separate certificate, and notarisation of the signature is available where a consulate or court asks for it. 167 languages across 26 writing systems, with 98 regional varieties recorded under the name your client actually uses — 67 of them benchmarked against a public corpus.

The sceptical questions

What you would ask us in a first call.

What it costs a firm

Priced per case, falling with volume.

Every number here is the price of one case, because that is the unit you already think in. Start on one matter at the same price anyone pays, and come down from there.

No commitment

A single case

$499 a case

List price

The same price anyone pays. Try us on one matter before you commit to anything — we would rather you did.

Bought together

Two to five cases

$479 a case

4% off list

Bundle the matters you already have. Nothing recurring, nothing to sign.

Bought together

Ten cases

$449 a case

10% off list

Ten matters, five records each. Still a one-off purchase, drawn down as you need them.

Monthly

Fifteen a month

$399 a case

$5,985 a month for 15 cases

For a practice running a steady caseload. Twenty-four hour delivery on everything, every month.

Monthly

Twenty a month

$349 a case

$6,980 a month for 20 cases

The volume most immigration practices settle at once they start offering this to every client.

Twelve-month term

Twenty a month, annual

$300 a case

$6,000 a month for 20 cases

The lowest per-case price we do, and it comes with three complimentary cases every month.

The twelve-month term

$6,000 a month covers 23 cases — $11,477 of processing at list.

20 cases at $300 each, plus 3 complimentary every month. That works out at $261 a case — 48% below what a single case costs — and $72,000 across the year.

Firms commonly bill somewhere between $6,000 and $10,000 for a family-based petition. Check ours against your own rate card rather than that range.

Price it around my practice

Refer another firm

If a firm you introduce takes a plan, you get a discount set against what they took — the bigger their plan, the bigger yours.

Three complimentary cases a month

On a twelve-month term. Three more matters processed every month at no charge, which is what takes the effective price under half of list.

Your name on the pages

Exhibits carry your firm's name, not ours. Retention set to your policy, and a signed data processing agreement.

A named contact

Not a form. Somebody who knows your matters and answers.

These are starting points, not a rate card. Tell us how many matters a year you handle and the languages you see most, and we will price it around your practice — usually better than the numbers above.

The economics

The maths a partner actually cares about.

A matter that arrives translated, certified and exhibit-ready is a different deliverable, and it prices differently. Here is the same case before and after.

MODEL THE COST OF A MATTERExample A$8,000 matter$1,500 processing cost$6,500 retainedExample B$12,000 matter$499 processing cost$11,501 retainedBonaFile case package$499
Illustrative assumptions only. Your fees, costs and results will differ.

You bill more, not less

A filing that arrives with a translated, certified, exhibit-ready record is worth more than one that arrives as a shoebox. Firms move from an $8,000 matter to a $12,000 one because the deliverable is genuinely different.

You stop paying an agency

Translation goes from a $1,500 line item and a five-day wait to something included in what you already pay us. That line disappears from the matter budget.

Your paralegals stop transcribing

The mechanical part — sorting, tabulating, cross-referencing five years of messages — is done before anyone opens the file. Judgement is what your people are for.

It scales the way your caseload does

Per-matter pricing that falls as volume rises, and referral credit when you send another firm. No seat minimum, no annual lock-in until you want one.

Turnaround

Same day, not next week.

Translation and certification are the steps that usually stall a filing. On-demand and priority processing are available within 24 hours; confirm the deadline for your matter with our team.

Comparison workflows are illustrative. Confirm your delivery time before processing.

A five-day translation turnaround does not cost you five days. It costs you the follow-up call, the diary note, the client emailing to ask, and the paralegal who has to page back into a matter they had closed in their head.

Removing that step is worth more than the fee it saves. It is the difference between telling a client you will have it next week and telling them you will have it tonight — and support is a named person, not a ticket queue, for as long as the matter is open.

Your firm, your clients

Two portals, one matter.

Your team works in theirs, the client works in theirs, and neither has to email a zip file to the other.

A portal for the firm

Every matter in one place, with its records, exhibits, translations and status. Filter by client, by fee earner, by what is still waiting on someone.

A portal for the client

They upload their own chat and watch it process. No zip files landing in a paralegal's inbox, no chasing, no version confusion about which export was the good one.

Seats for your team

Everyone who touches a matter gets their own login and their own audit trail. Add a paralegal on Monday, remove a contractor on Friday.

Your name, not ours

Exhibits carry your firm's name and mark. The client sees your work product, because that is what it is.

Send us a message

Everything here goes straight to a person, not a ticket queue. The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply is — a firm usually gets pricing for their volume back in the same message.

Next: we email you a six-digit code.

It confirms the address is yours, which is how this form stays free of bots without a puzzle. Your enquiry is submitted after verification; a draft is saved in this browser while you write.

Please do not paste your conversation here — we never need it, and email is not the place for it. What you type stays in this browser until you send it.

What happens next

You hear from a person, usually the same day. If you are against a deadline say so and we will move you up.

What we will ask

Your rough volume, the languages you see most, and whether your clients upload their own conversations or you do.

What you get out of the call

Pricing for your volume, a walk through a real matter end to end, and a DPA to send to whoever reviews them.
