A request for more evidence arrives with a deadline, and usually asks for more of what was already thin. Communication records are often the only category a couple can still add to, because the conversation already happened.
What can be produced
A call log, a searchable transcript, generated screenshots for any date range, and numbered exhibits with a cover page and a declaration template. Where the conversation is not in English, the whole chain: translated, reviewed, certified, and notarised if the receiving body asks.
- 01
Extraction
Software, deterministically
The export is parsed rather than read by a model. Every row keeps a citation back to the line it came from.
- 02
Translation
A model, glossary-driven
Drafted line by line against the original, with a fixed glossary so a name is not rendered two ways in one exhibit.
- 03
Review
A person
A human reads the translation against the source and corrects the flagged lines.
- 04
Certification
A person, by signature
The Certificate of Translation Accuracy that 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) asks for. No model signs anything.
What nobody can promise
That a response will be accepted. Acceptance is the adjudicator's decision. What is within anyone's control is meeting the stated requirement exactly, in full, with every line checkable against the original export — and treating a guarantee of more than that with suspicion.

Questions
- How long do I have to respond to an RFE?
The deadline is printed on the notice itself, and that is the only one that governs. Do not rely on a figure quoted on a website, including this one.
Tell us the date when you write and you will get an honest answer about whether it can be met. Most records come back inside twelve hours, twenty-four at the outside.
- Should I resend everything, or only what was asked for?
The notice names the categories it wants. We can produce a record over any date range you choose, so you can answer the question that was actually asked rather than resubmitting the whole file.
What to send is a decision for you and, if you have one, your attorney. We format what you choose; we do not select it for you.
- Will this satisfy the RFE?
Nobody can promise that, and any vendor who does is guessing about somebody else's case in front of a federal officer.
What we can say is what the record contains and what it does not — every exhibit states its own limitations on its face, which is considerably harder to attack than one that quietly overstates.
This describes how a record and its translation are produced. It is not legal advice and not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. BonaFile is not a law firm, does not assess cases, and cannot promise how any filing will be decided.
